Do it like Klaus! Career at ATROTECH
From Industrial mechanic
to Software Programmer
From 2016 to summer 2018, Klaus completed his training as an industrial mechanic in our company. He passed the final exam with an overall grade of very good, was recognized for it and then received a permanent employment contract from us.
Klaus and we also recognized his potential, which is why he decided to complete full-time training to become a state-certified technician almost a year after his training.
He also completed this further training with very good success, despite difficult times (Corona). Even before his further training, we had several discussions together to find solutions as to how we could support him during his further training and, above all, how he would like to support us after his further training, because it was clear to Klaus that he would then like to reorient himself within the company. Klaus has been back in our company since June 2021 and was “trained” by us as a software programmer. He initially spent around 50% of his working time working as an industrial mechanic before switching 100% to our software department at the beginning of 2022. We are proud to employ people like Klaus and look forward to more great stories from our current and future trainees!
