“Family as a Success Factor”

ATROTECH Elektrotechnik GmbH attaches particular importance to the compatibility of work and family life as well as equal opportunities. After becoming a member of the “Family Pact Bavaria” in 2021, we have been underlining and promoting our commitment since April 2023 with membership in the “Success Factor Family” network. We are one of the first companies in Bamberg to join the network. The “Success Factor Family” corporate network was founded in 2007 by the Federal Ministry for Family Affairs and the Association of German Chambers of Industry and Commerce as a central platform for family-friendly companies. Since then, it has been growing continuously and now includes over 7,200 members, from small businesses to DAX companies.
